for part(i), it is fairly easy to integrate and get answer in exact form.
if the question does not say “do not use GC” or “leave answer in exact form”, can also just use GC to calculate the integral.
for part(ii), it may be a bit tedious to integrate if use disc-washer method. for such case, can try using shell method.

having more time this morning, tried integrating the functions for part(ii), disc-washer method. found that the integration is actually still do-able, not so tedious.
final answer is same (81/2)pi [exact value].
