Let x be the amount of money that Wingston has
Wingston = x , Kai Siang = x + 352
If Wingston gives $12 to Kaisiang ,the ratio of Kaisiang’s money(K) to Wingston‘s money(W) is 3:1 which means K/W=3
(x+352+12)/(x-12) = 3
x+364=3x-36
3x-x=364+36
x=$200 (Wingston’s money)
Total money = x + (x+352)
= 200 + 200 + 352
= $752(ans)
