Is the answer X=0 or X= 5/4 ?

x=0 or 5
For rectangle ABCD, x = 0 will be rejected as length AB can not be 0.

Could you explain? I did 4x²+(4x+1)²=(6x-1)². Then I got X=0 or X=5/4
Why isnt X =5/4? Perhaps you could post a picture.
