7b) The smallest no. will be none of them. If B1 or B4 is blown, the circuit will become an open-circuit and none of the bulb will remain lit.
7c) The largest no. will be 3. If B2 or B3 is blown, the circuit will still be closed and the current can still flow through the circuit. (For example, if B2 is blown, the current can still flow through B3)
