Kenny saves $2 a day. Four days later, Lynn starts saving $5 a day.
During the four days before Lynn started saving, Kenny has already saved $2 * 4 = $8.
When Lynn starts saving, together they save $2 + $5 = $7 a day.
After a certain number of days they altogether have $71.
$71 - $8 = $63
$63 / $7 = 9
So they were saving together for 9 days.
Kenny was saving longer by four days.
=> 9 days + 4 days = 13 days
Hence Kenny spent 13 days saving money.
