(a) what you wrote is correct, just remember to give final answer in litres and 3sf. so, 12566cm3 = 12.6 litres (3sf)
(b) Find the volume of the plastic cups = pi x 2.4^2 x 8 = 144.76 (5sf)
number of cups = 12566 / 144.76 = 86.8 (3sf)
therefore, max cups that can be filled = 86
