Just come across this question...
I have different method for solution for your reference (Since the other two tutor using formula method, Average = Total / Number of people)
When 2 boys joined in, average become 65 and the total marks increased by 165 (from 2 boys)
The 2 boys with average 65 marks, total take away 2 x 65 = 130.
The balance marks = 165 - 130 = 35 take by all girls, each girls average increased 65-60 =5 marks
5 marks --> 1 girl
35 Marks ---> 7 girls.
