Managed to solve the first one but stuck at the second part.

Find Ali saving is not by plus
By substraction
From
The difference of 17th to 12th day - 5 days.
Then get Ali saving is 4.90
Subsequently
Find the total days of saving
Got to deduct the Ali presaving as 7.20 from 12days
Then add their saving per day is 2.20 plus 4.90 equals to 8.10
Then (221-7.2)/8.1 + 12
