Split even and odd terms
Both is GP with ratio r^2 ( you may need to verify that)
Then solve it
First
A(1-r^8) is a figure with r
Then sub into Tn equation, solve for r
Using
A^2 - B^2 = (A+B) (A-B), got it?
Try to redo the sum, you will understand
