Nope.

I would go with "is going".

The word after "nor" is closer to the verb used, so "is" is more correct than "are".

hello, the answer is 3, is going.
I suggest you can read up on subject-verb agreement rules.

This question requires you to disregard the first subject (person) which is "the girls"

and only care about the second subject "cousin"

since cousin is singular (not cousins - plural)

use a singular verb - with S
(goes/is going)

ans 3 flows with this sentence better
