the maximum height can be found by finding the maximum point of the graph, through completing the square.

for (ii), find the values of t when h=10 first. since h has to be at least 10, meaning that the graph of h= 5t-1/5t^2 has to be above h=10, the range of values of t has to be in between the values found.
