I believe you understand part A. Part B it's just multiplying the figure number by the figure number. You see when you add the no. Of white triangles and the no. Of grey ones you get a square num, literally means multiplying a number by itself. For part C, you will see the difference between the number of white triangles and grey triangles is the same as the figur num. So in figure 250, the difference between both triangles will be 250. And also, you will see that in the even number figures will have more grey than white triangles so 2u is 62 250. You will understand from there.
