Look at this in terms of ratio. If the two parts of the statement are the same, their ratio will be the same
First part
A: 120%
B: 100%
A:B
120:100 = 6:5
Second part
B: 80%
A: 100%
A:B
100:80 = 5:4
6:5 is not equal to 5:4. Thus, you do not agree with the statement.
