Volume of a cube = Length x base x height
Also it is a cube so length base and height are the same there u can cube root 216= 6m

Megan, if you have not learnt the cube root, what we do is this.

The sides of a cube are the same. Let’s call it length.

Then, the volume of the cube is length x length x length.

length x length x length = 216

We find a number suitable for the length. That is, we are looking for a number which is multiplied to itself and then once again to become 216.

This is 6, because 6 x 6 x 6 = 216.

So, the length of each side of the cube must be 6 m.
