The question is testing on the concept of lowest common multiple between 15 and 1.6.
You could do a simple listing of the multiples of 15 and check for the smallest multiple that can also be divided by 1.6 (you only need to list out the even multiples since 1.6 has an ending even number meaning the multiples of 1.6 would end with an even number). List out 30,60,90,120,...
Since 120 is the lowest common multiple, thus the distance would be 120m.
