x = -y divided by 10
x = -y times 1 divided by 10
x = -1 times y divided by 10
x divided by y = -1 divided by 10
x/y = -1/10
We times 4/3 to both sides
4/3 times x/y = 4/3 times (-1/10)
4x/3y = -4/30
4x/3y = -2/15
x = -y divided by 10
x = -y times 1 divided by 10
x = -1 times y divided by 10
x divided by y = -1 divided by 10
x/y = -1/10
