Alternative working
1st + 2nd week =150% (50% more than 3rd week)
3rd week = 100%
Total = 250%
So, 1st week
= 35% of total
= 35/100 × 250%
= 87.5
Therefore 2nd week
= 150-87.5
= 62.5 of all
a) 62.5 × 100 ÷ 250 = 25%
b) 25%→ 2300
1% → 2300÷25=92
3rd week
= 100%-1st week - 2nd week
= 100-35-25
= 40%
= 40×92
=3680
1st + 2nd week =150% (50% more than 3rd week)
3rd week = 100%
Total = 250%
So, 1st week
= 35% of total
= 35/100 × 250%
= 87.5

= 150-87.5
