I’m thinking that all four options are incorrect.

a must be negative and c must be positive. Because we are throwing it above ground level.

No need to think so far here. It asks for which one describes the trajectory only which basically is the movement of the y-value up to a maximum, then coming down as x changes. Trajectory means the path taken.

By the way,

Option b says 'a is negative'. This statement is true. This option does not say anything about c so we don't have to be concerned with it.

It is not saying 'only a is negative'. If this was the option, then it would be incorrect

Explanation:
The path of the angry bird bomb is a trajectory which goes upwards to a maximum, then it drops downwards. Hence the value of a would be negative.
The value of c is positive because the path starts above the ground (taking ground to be y=0).
