Here are 2 ways to tackle this question. I would recommend the first one where algebra is used. If not you can draw out the initial fraction 2/3 as a model then see how many squares need to be added to achieve a 4:5 fraction. Remember that when you add to the local stamps you are also adding to the total number of stamps. Hope this helps!
