1015 hour haven't reach at once point C?

From B to C
Distance = 40-20 = 20km
Time = 0900 to 1024 = 1.4 hour
Speed = 20÷1.4 = 100/7 = 14.29 km/h.

Hope the graph data I pick is correct. Picture a bit blur.

FYI, From point C to D.
Speed = 0 km/h
As no distance difference... 20km to 20km. .. mean he stop for breakfast.

this question seemed a bit weird
the ans should be the gradient of line BC
its gradient is actually 13 but the answer in the answer sheet shows 13/1/3 which may be because the line was a little off the graph

Yes. Exactly. Think the graph is off or answer sheet give wrong answer.
