Two patterns to consider.

One of which goes...

4, 9, 14, 19, ...

where the constant difference is +5 and the "zero"th term is 4 - 5 = -1 so its nth term is

5n - 1.

--------------------------------------------------------

The other goes....

20, 40, 60, 80, ...

where the constant difference is +20 and the "zero"th term is 20 - 20 = 0 so its nth term is

20n.

All other aspects of the pattern in T remain unchanged.

--------------------------------------------------------

Tn must be

(5n - 1)^2 + 20n

which simplifies to

25n^2 - 10n + 1 + 20n
= 25n^2 + 10n + 1
= (5n + 1) (5n + 1)
= (5n + 1)^2

This is a perfect square, but I strongly disagree with the "odd perfect square" stipulation.

Do take note that secondary school students are NOT exposed to the phrase "arithmetic progression" yet.

You need to explain using secondary school phrases.

The working is clear enough. It's good to expose the student to what an AP is. It's always good to have prior knowledge. No point restricting learning to levels.
