p= 1/ 厂q
when p=12,
12 = 1/ sqroot q
sqroot q = 1/12
square both sides,
q = 1/144
so when p=12 , q= 1/144.
q increase in value BY 300%
so,
1/144 x 3 + 1/144 = 4/144
sub 4/144 into eqn,
p= 1/ sq root (4/144)
p= 6
originally p is 12 , now become 6
so 50% decrease.
