Hint for you to try before answers are posted.
1) Tamil and Maths add together takes half of 4 hours= 2 hours meaning 120 mins.
(90 degree + 90 degree = 180 degree)
2) 1/8 of 4 hours = break time.
3) (Science + 10 mins)+ English = 4 hours subtract 2 hours and break time.
4) I suggest working in minutes

4 hrs=240 mins
break=1/8 x 240
=30mins
since both tamil and math are right angled, that means they are 25% each.
tamil=math=25% x 240
=60mins
science + english = 240-60-60-30
=90mins (remaining time)
english= (90-10)/2
=40mins
therefore, science = 40+10
=50mins
