Yes.

In reality, it could be in decimals as well, like 849.99 kg.

For primary 4, we take it to be whole numbers, so the greatest possible mass is 849 kg.

The answer is 849kg because the question asked for the greatest value. 750kg will only be correct if the question asked for the lowest possible value to be rounded off to 800kg. There should only be 1 answer and not a range for this kind of question.
