FE = 5u to the right and 1u up
BC = 6u to the right and 1u up
So, bother are not // to each other.

Answer 4 is correct.

Kc, in such a case, we have to count the number of squares carefully. For some reason the two lines going upwards appear to be parallel at first glance but upon inspection, they are actually not parallel.
