Angle x is actually one of the base angles of an isosceles triangle. You should able to see 3 radius on the figure , and 2 different isosceles triangles.

You've labelled the 90°. Notice that it's one of the angles of an isosceles triangle? So use this to find the base angles.

Then notice that one of this base angles can be combined with the 13° to get the base angle of the other isosceles triangle? Using this, you can find x and y already.

180° - 90° = 90°

90° ÷ 2 = 45°

45° + 13° = 58°

∠ x = 58°


180° - 58° - 58° = 64°

90° - 64° = 26°

∠ y = 26°
