Hi there, the median is found by ordering the set from lowest to highest and finding the exact middle. The median is just the middle number, so in this case is between 18 and 19. If data has odd number of pts, take the middle. If even, then take the mid-point of the middle two values.
So in this case the ans is 18.5.
