∠a + ∠b = 67°
(exterior angle = sum of two interior opposite angles)

Or

∠a + ∠b = 180° - 113° = 67°
(Angle sum of triangle)

Abbas, you're on the right track. Just have to find the other angles first using the properties :

①Vertically opposite angles are equal
②angle sum of triangle = 180°
