At your level , just take these to be the meaning of the following :

integer : numbers without fractions or decimal places i.e whole numbers, their negatives and zero

Eg. 5, 10, -6, -1000, 0

Prime number : a whole number greater than 1, and that can only be divided by itself or 1.

Eg. 2, 3, 5, 7, 13, 17, 19, 101

Rational numbers : can be expressed as a fraction or mixed number

Eg. ⅔, 5( = 5/1 , 10/2, 250/50), 1.5 ( = 3/2 or 1½)

4(x - 7) + 2x ≤ 11

4x - 4(7) + 2x ≤ 11

4x - 28 + 2x ≤ 11

6x - 28 ≤ 11

6x ≤ 11 + 28

6x ≤ 39

x ≤ 39/6

x ≤ 6½

So,

Largest possible integer value of x = 6

Largest possible prime number that x can be = 5

Largest possible rational number that x can be = 6½
