P and R are on a horizontal line because the y-coordinate is the same.
PQR form a triangle. The point S will form a corresponding triangle with PR.
By finding the height and base of triangle PQR we can reflect the height and base of triangle PRS and get the coordinates for point S.

Area of PQRS is the sum of the area of both triangles.
