For part a, the 2 lines of symmetry are FC and the line down the center
Order of rotational symmetry basically means as you rotate your diagram, at how many points does it look exactly the same as the original diagram.
So after rotating 180 degrees, it would look the same as the original. At 360 degrees, it would also look the same. Therefore, there is 2 times where it is symmetrical

Line of symmetry basically means when you draw a line, both sides of the line should mirror. Basically there are only 2 lines of symmetry where the diagram on each side would mirror. I will add another answer with a diagram for you to understand
