log3 a = x ①
log81 b = y ②
a/b = 3^c ③

From ①, a = 3^x
From ②, b = 81^y = (3⁴)^y = 3^(4y)

So,

a/b

= 3^x / 3^(4y)

= 3^(x - 4y)

Since a/b = 3^c , (from ③)
Then 3^c = 3^(x - 4y)

Comparing exponents,

c = x - 4y
