for eqn 3 it should be 49s instead of 14s cuz 7x7
and eqn 4 it should be 4s instead of 14s cuz 2x2
eqn (1) x 7 : 14r - 49s = 0 -- (3)
eqn (2) x 2 : 14r - 4s = 10 -- (4)
(4)-(3)
(14r - 4s) - (14r - 49s) = 10 - 0
45s = 10
s = 2/9
2r - 7 (2/9) = 0
2r = 14/9
r = 7/9
