loga a = 1

loga 1 = 0

This means that :

loga a / loga 1 = 1/0

Dividing by 0 is undefined. So this does not exist

Isn't loga(1) always zero?

Would log3(1) be not zero?

I think they meant a ≥ 2 and a is an integer.

loga 1 = 0 except when a = 1, because log1 1 is undefined

Similarly, loga a = 1 for a ≥ 2 , a is integer
