Bee depends on plant (flower) for nectar
Plant depend on bee for pollination

The insect/bee crawls into the flower to eat its nectar, which provides the insect with food/energy. In the process, it will get covered in pollen from the flower (if it is a male flower) or pollen on the insect will be brushed onto the flower's stamen (if it is a female flower).

That is the general gist, though the terminology may not be correct bc haven't done bio in a while.
