(b) when a=2, b=3 and D=49,
49 = 3^2 - 4(2)c
49 = 9 - 8c => c = -5
49 = 3^2 - 4(2)c
49 = 9 - 8c => c = -5

(b) when a=2, b=3 and D=49,
49 = 3^2 - 4(2)c
49 = 9 - 8c => c = -5
