Need to solve
You already have the relevant info needed to solve.
You can find the area of the big square since you already have its sides.
You can also find the area of the circle and big quadrant since you already have their radii

No i need to find the perimeter and area, not just area

That is even easier.
Circumference of the large quadrant + circumference of small quadrant + 2 sides of a small square
= Circumference of the large quadrant + circumference of small quadrant + 1 side of the large square
Circumference of the large quadrant + circumference of small quadrant + 2 sides of a small square
= Circumference of the large quadrant + circumference of small quadrant + 1 side of the large square
