It's just trying to ask us to arrange 300 identical cubes into dimensions p by q by r.
Since the perimeter of the top is 18 cm,
p + q + p + q = 18
p + q = 9
So, we look for numbers in which p + q = 9 and all lengths must be more than 3 cm.
p and q have to be 4 and 5.
r is 15.
Height is 15 cm.
