Where r is position vector of any point on the plane, n is a normal to the plane and d is the distance from the origin.

ñ can be found by crossing any of the 2 vectors AB,AC and BC

for part (i)
… since points A, B & C lie in H1, so vectors AB & AC will also lie in H1.
… cross product of AB & AC gives us direction of normal of H1.
… dot product of any point on H1 with the normal of H1, will give us equation of H1 in scalar product form.
