First statement false. Has to be 2/9 of the total.

Second statement is true, since losing 10 red balloons and gaining 25 blue balloons leaves you with a net increase of 15 balloons.

Third statement is correct, since red to blue is 2 to 1.

Next part I see later if I have time and I can still remember.
