Hi,
Iron (II) cation, if left exposed to the air, will oxidise to become Iron (III) cation, which usually is brown or reddish-brown in color. :)
Not sure why the right hand side has an arrow pointing down from L to N, without any reaction. Since I don't really see the two substances being related in any way. You may want to ask your teacher about that.
