Guess and check question


Smaller square has sides of 6cm and bigger square has sides of 18cm

18cm x 18cm = 324cm²

6cm x 6cm = 36cm²

324cm² - 36cm² = 288cm²

Total area = 324cm² + 36cm² = 360cm²
