Use x = 10 for the first part to convert the expression into 969.

Also use x = 10 for the factorised form. Those are the two factors of 969.

3x2 + 48x + 189
= 3 (x2 + 16x + 63)
= 3 (x + 9) (x + 7)

When x = 10,
LHS = 3x2 + 48x + 189 = 300 + 480 + 189 = 969
RHS = 3 (x + 9) (x + 7) = 3 (19) (17)

So the three prime numbers are 3, 17 and 19.
