(a) Since triangle ABC is congruent to triangle CDA, angle CDA = angle ABC, angle DCA = angle BAC, and angle DAC = angle BCA = 46°.
(b) Angle BAC = 180° - 23° - 46° = 111° (angles of a triangle)
angle BAD = angle BAC - angle DAC = 111° - 46° = 65°
(c) Since triangle ABC is congruent to triangle CDA, BC = DA, CA = AC, and BA = DC.
FC = BC - BF = DA - BF = 9 - 3 = 6cm
(d) Since triangle ABC is similar to triangle EFC, FC/BC = EC/AC.
6/9 = 4/AC
Therefore, AC = 6
AE = AC - EC = 6 - 4 = 2cm
