In my view question no 7 should be 140-20=120 but the answer key says it's100
question 8 the answer key says choice 4 but why when it says y takes16 says to hatch egg then it's will take longer time

After hatching, it spends 100 days as young (second bar)
After that it becomes and adult and lives as one for 140 days (third bar) before it dies.
There is no need to do any subtraction. It just takes 100 days from hatching to become an adult
