the 7.18 m distance apart is from center to center.
considering from curve surface to curve surface, distance apart is 718 - 7 - 7 = 704 cm
since both wheels are rolling towards each other, each wheel only needs to cover (1/2) the distance apart, which is 704 / 2 = 352 cm
with each complete turn of a wheel, the distance covered by the wheel is equal to its circumference, which is 2 x pi x 7 = 44 cm
number of full turns that each wheel needs to make is 352 / 44 = 8
since each wheel takes 2 seconds to make a full turn, therefore time required is 8 x 2 = 16 seconds
Ans: 16 seconds
