But the question did not mention that it is a right-angled triangle, is it ok to assume that? Because it might be oblique

It is not meant to be done this way. In fact i suspect the triangle is not right angled. Part i is done by half bc sin A. Part ii is done by cosine rule. Will post solution if i have time

Edit: Lmao what was i thinking, the question alr said A is 60 degrees, but ok yeah B and C could have been right angles
