… what is angle PAO?

BP is tangent and OP is radius
… what is angle OPB?

… then angle PBA = 180 - angle PAO - angle APO - angle OPB.

Tangent = 90 = angle OPB
Angle POB = 33+33 = 66
Angle PBA = 90-66 =24
