If Joyce is in front of Val by 2.5km when Val is at the halfway mark, then Joyce will be 5km in front of Val when Val completes the race.
Joyce finishes the race at 11.50am, we want to find how long Joyce needs to travel 5km and add that to 11.50am (cause that's why Val completes the race).
