At 1st.
Aaron = 2u
Ryan = 1u

After 3 year
Aaron = 2u +3
Ryan = 1u +3
Total …3u +6 = 30
3u = 30-6
3u = 24
1u = 8

Aaron now = 2u
= 2×8
=16
